INGREDIENTS :-
• 500 gms paneer
• 4 onion chopped
• 4 tomato
• 1 inch ginger
• 2 green chilly
• 1 cup malai
• 1 cup curd
• 100 gms butter
• 1 tsp red chilly powder
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• 1/2 cup milk
METHOD :-
1.Cut paneer triangle in shape.
2.Grind tomato, ginger, green chilly
3.Heat butter in a pan
4.Saute onions till pink. And the paste and cook till oil comes on top
5.Mix cream, curd, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and paneer.
6.Put of the flame. Keep for 1/2 hour
7.Then add milk to the mixture.
8.Cook for few minutes.
9.Take off the fire and serve hot.
